I love my TOMS but they desperately needed a makeover. I looked up different DIYs on Toms and most people just added a patch over the holes. Since mine were practically falling apart I had to start from scratch but I prefer that look anyways.
What you need
1.Fabric
2.Glue
3.Clothespin
After I cut out my fabric I sewed a hem to the top part of the fabric to give it more of a clean finished look.
For glue, instead of fabric glue I used a hot glue gun so I didn't have to wait for it to dry. The clothes pin will help hold the fabric together while it dries.
